Try this ports:

 ftp://ftp.kr.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD-kr/ports/afterstep-I18N.ports.tar.gz
(2.2.7-RELEASE only. Post-2.2.7 users should avoid this)

It is internationalized version of AfterStep-1.4.5.55N6.

AfterStep's default internationalization support may be broken(when I
noticed 4 months... Maybe I am wrong). I don't know about 1.5pre status.

Wnn-ko is not general X input method. It is for mule.
Use hanIM.

 ftp://ftp.kr.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD-kr/2.2.7-RELEASE-kr/packages/
   korean/ko-hanIM-0.9.tgz

Generally it is disabled(you/we may do a huge amount of effort to
input Korean characters in all X environment). With hanIM, you can
input Korean in Netscape, some X application with proper setup,
etc. In other cases, just use hanterm.
