두개의 NIC 사이에 packet 전달을 막으려면?

두개의 network card가 설치되어있습니다.
두 card 간에 packet전달을 완전히 막으려면 어떤 설정을 해야할까요?
어떤 문서에는 _ipforwarding variable을 이용하라고 되어있는데, LINT에도
이런 것은 없군요.
IPFIREWALL을 이용해야 하나요?
그렇다면 예를 들어주실 수 있을까요?
