[질문]PPP설정 및 PPP Network

[질문]PPP설정을 하고 난후
전화접속으로 Internet을 사용하기 위해서 /etc/ppp.conf, /etc/hosts, /etc/resolv.conf 를 수정했습니다.
제가 접속하는 곳은 Unitel이며 Linux에서는 접속을 잘해서 사용을 했었습니다.
그런데 FreeBSD에서 접속을 하면 Unitel에는 접속을 할수 있는데
다른 Site를 접속을 할수가 없습니다. 제가 생각하기에는 Default Gatway의 지정이
제대로 되지 않아서 생긴 문제인것 같은데 어떻게 해야 되는지는 모르고 있기
때문에 이렇게 질문을 드립니다.
그리고 ppp접속을 하기 전에 ping localhost를 하면

#ping localhost

PING localhost.nightrose.com (127.0.0.1): 56 data bytes
ping: sendto: No route to host
ping: sendto: No route to host
ping: sendto: No route to host
ping: sendto: No route to host

이런식으로 Message가 출력이 되고 또

ppp -ddial unitel하고난 후에는 localhost를 제대로 찾고 있습니다.
문제가 뭔지 가르쳐 주셨으면 합니다.
