kmail에서 한글 사용.

kdei18n을 사용하시는 분들은 mail client로 kmail을 사용하실 수 있습니다.
그련데 한글로 보내온 메일을 읽는데는 문제가 없으나, 
한글로 작성하여 다른 사람에게 보내면 일본어 character set으로 encoding되어
도무지 알아볼 수가 없습니다.

Imura씨가 이에 대하여 patch를 하였습니다.

port.diff 파일을 읽어 보시고 Makefile과 MD5를 수정하면 됩니다.
