procfs모튤 질문인데요

프비 3.5.1 쓰고 있는데요 
kldload procfs 를 하면 
module_register_init: module_register(procfs, c01535e8, 0xc08f20ac) error 17 이라고 나오네요첨에 패치할때
cd /sys/modules/procfs
make all install
umount -f -a -t procfs
kldunload procfs
kldload procfs
mount -a -t procfs
이&#46468;는 잘되더니 그후에는 안되네요 그런데 procfs 모튤은
안떠도 괜찬나요?
