mergemaster에서 /dev/MAKEDEV를 머지할 때 문제가 있었던
모양이네요. 아예 파일을 새로 복사하시기 바랍니다. MAKEDEV를 별도로
수정해 사용하지는 않으시죠?

  install -c -o root -g wheel -m 555 /usr/src/etc/MAKEDEV /dev
  install -c -o root -g wheel -m 555 /usr/src/etc/MAKEDEV.local /dev
