시스템에 FreeBSD 소스가 설치되어 있지 않다는 말씀 같군요.

안내드린 문서는 FreeBSD 소스에 포함된 sendmail을 기준으로 합니다.

cvsup 또는 sysinstall 명령을 통해 FreeBSD 소스를 설치하신 후

다시 시도해보시기 바랍니다.
