sendmail이 MTA(local의 sendmail포함)에 연결될때는 sendmail이 client로 동작하게
됩니다. 이때 SMTP AUTH를 서버에서 요구할 경우 sendmail자체가 인증을 받아야
합니다.
Local인증이 문제라면 다음과 같은 부분을 추가하여 mc파일을 만들어서 submit.mc파일을
생성해보세요.(sendmail 8.12.X를 가정하겠습니다.)

FEATURE(`authinfo', `DATABASE_MAP_TYPE /etc/mail/msp-authinfo')
...
/etc/mail/msp-authinfo는 인증정보가 들어가면 됩니다.
예를들면
AuthInfo:127.0.0.1 "U:smmsp" "xxx-your-password-xxx"
define(`confRUN_AS_USER', `smmsp:smmsp')
식입니다.
아파일은 FEATURE에서 DB를 사용하도록 했기 때문에 DB로 바꾸셔야 합니다.
#makemap hash msp-authinfo < msp-authinfo

아래메세지는 LogLevel이 낮아서 자세한 원인을 알기 어렵습니다.
