안녕하세요..
오래간만에 패키지 업데이트를 하던중
처음 보는 에러들이 여러개 나와서 업데이트를 못하고 있습니다.
버젼은 4.6stable입니다.
glib과 pkgconf, mysql에서 에러가 납니다.
우선 glib에선
portupgrade glib
....
....
checking for thread implementation... posix
checking for pthread_attr_init in -lpthread... no
checking for pthread_attr_init in -lpthreads... no
checking for pthread_attr_init in -lthread... no
checking for pthread_attr_init in -lc_r... no
checking for pthread_attr_init... no

configure: error: I can't find the libraries for the thread implementation
posix. Please choose another thread implementation or
provide information on your thread implementation.
You can also run 'configure --disable-threads'
to compile without thread support.
pkgconfig에서도 마찬가지 에러
portupgrade pkgconfig

mysql에서는

system (e.g. an `ls /var/db/pkg`).

이상입니다...
제가 뭐를 잘못했는지,, 모르겠습니다. gettext같은것도 다업데이트 했거든요.
항상 gettext때문에 여러개 꼬이던데,,
대부분 의존관계 복잡한것들은 portupgrade -Rr 했거든요.
지우고 업데이트 했다면 mysql때문에 웹서버가 거의 마비 될뻔했네요..m.m
