포트로 설치한 프로그램의 새 버젼이 나왔을때, 패치는?

안녕하세요.

port로 설치한 아파치 1.3.26으로 웹서버를 운영하고 있습니다.

1.3.27이 나와서 업그레이드를 해야겠는데,

cvsup을 해봐도, 아직 포트는 1.3.26이고.

1.3.27로 업그레이드 하려면 port를 삭제하고 소스를 컴파일해서 깔아야 할까요? 

아니면 포트가 1.3.27로 올라가길 기다려야 할까요.
