얼마전에 mod_php4에 관하여 리눅스와 성능차이를 물어봣엇는데..

차이가 없는거 같더군요...

뭔가 다른 문제가 잇을껀데..

하나하나 체크하다보니 하드의 dma문제일가능성도있을꺼 같아서..

보드는 인텔의 s815ebm1을 쓰고잇습니다.

부팅시 메세지를 보면

atapci0: <Intel ICH2 ATA100 controller> port 0xffa0-0xffaf at device 31.1 on
pci0
ata0: at 0x1f0 irq 14 on atapci0
ata1: at 0x170 irq 15 on atapci0

이렇게 ATA100 컨트롤러를 잡고나서는

ad0: DMA limited to UDMA33, non-ATA66 cable or device
ad0: 39266MB <IC35L040AVVN07-0> [79780/16/63] at ata0-master UDMA33

이런식으로 33으로 다운시켜버리는데...

하드나 케이블문제는 없엇습니다.

무슨문제일까요?

커널 설정파일에서 ata에 관한 내용은

device          ata             # core
device          atadisk         # ATA disk drives
device          atapicd         # ATAPI CD-ROM/CD-R/CD-RW drives
options         ATA_STATIC_ID

만 쓰고있습니다...
