안녕하세요 또 질문을 올리게 되었습니다.
inetd를 사용하지 않기 때문에 텔넷을 사용하지 않고 SSH를 사용합니다.

/etc/ttys파일을 일단 편집을 하였습니다.

ttyv로 시작되는 문구에서 secure는 insecure로 수정하였습니다.

ttyv0   "/usr/libexec/getty Pc"         cons25  on  insecure
# Virtual terminals
ttyv1   "/usr/libexec/getty Pc"         cons25  on  insecure
ttyv2   "/usr/libexec/getty Pc"         cons25  on  insecure
ttyv3   "/usr/libexec/getty Pc"         cons25  on  insecure
ttyv4   "/usr/libexec/getty Pc"         cons25  on  insecure
ttyv5   "/usr/libexec/getty Pc"         cons25  on  insecure
ttyv6   "/usr/libexec/getty Pc"         cons25  on  insecure

ssh로 로그인 하는데 root로 그냥 바로 접속이 되어 버리는군요..이를 어쩌지요.
